The Scottish Series returns to Tarbert in 2023!

THA would like to take the time to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

We hope everyone had a lovely time celebrating the festivities and are preparing for the upcoming sailing season.

As we look forward into 2023, we are delighted to confirm that the Scottish Series will be returning to Tarbert on 26th – 29th May.

THA have been working closely with Clyde Cruising Club over the past few months and the committee have confirmed their advanced preparations for next year’s event.

“The Scottish Series is looking forward to returning in 2023 with a full program of racing and the return of the coveted Scottish Series trophy. The organising committee led by Jamie McGarry are busy putting the plans together and we look forward to releasing a new website with details early in 2023” (CCC)

THA will also be working collaboratively with TEC during the coming months to organise the onshore facilities that help deliver the successful event.

Accommodation for competitors

Another main priority to us all is to help competitors find accommodation in Tarbert and the surrounding area over the busy weekend. It would therefore be helpful if local people who can provide accommodation to competitors during the Scottish Series get in touch with THA. We would simply need information on your available dates and how many people you can accommodate. Book a berthing for your vessel

THA are also now taking provisional bookings for accommodation vessels, so please email info@tarbertharbour.co.uk if you are competing in the Scottish Series and are bringing an additional vessel for accommodation.

CCC will be providing event updates on their social platforms over the next few months and will be available to contact regarding any race queries.
